1. PETER TETTEMER Born August 2, 1787. Died September 25, 1876. G. A. R. flag, aged 89y 1m 23d. He is buried in Upper Tinicum. Married 1st Catharine Summers, she was born January 23, 1798. Died January 23, 1833. Possibly buried at St. Luke's, Nockamixon. Married 2nd Elizabeth _____, she was born October 13, 1800. Died February 8, 1869, aged 68y 2m 23d, (Upper Tinicum Cemetery, pg, 12)He is buried in Upper Tinicum. On February 5, 1824 Samuel S. & Mary Bailey sold to Peter Tettemer 75 acres of land, Bucks County Deed 50.77. 1850 census Tinicum Twp. Bucks County #228 Peter Tettemer aged 63, farmer with real estate valued at $7,325.00 with wife Elizabeth aged 50 years. 1860 No sign of Peter. 1870 census roll 1314 page 757, Peter Tettemer aged 83 years in Tinicum Twp.
1876- Bucks County Register's File #14216-- no will: Settlement March 27, 1877 by John Tettemer, administrator $4558.41 include payments from the estate to Catharine Tettemer for wages, interest, etc. E. Tettemer, Oscar Tettemer, Hugh Tettemer, and Silas Tettemer, with $3160.11 left to divide among heirs.
1876- Bucks County Orphans Court File #11451 Peter Tettemer died 26 April 1876, leaving no widow, but issue: John, Silas, Jacob, Elizabeth, wife of Levi Ulmer, Catharine, Henry, Sarah, wife of Oliver Worman, Hugh and Peter, and the children of deceased daughter, Rebecca, wife of Abraham Ulmer, Catharine, Peter & Edward.
1877- Bucks County Deed 180:328; Indenture April 2, 1877... John Tettemer,
administrator of Peter Tettemer, deceased, late of Tinicum Twp... grant to
Catharine Tettermer of the same, a house and 75 acres in Tinicum Twp., adjacent
to Jacob Tettemer, Jacob Calfe and along the road to Erwinna, etc. Sold at order
of Orphans Court, October 1876 for $3,525.

15 ELIZABETH TETTEMER born April 20, 1829, baptized August 26, 1829 at Nockamixon Reformed. She died April 14, 1900 aged 70 years 11 months and 29 days, U.T.L.C. 1883-1928 (it appears there is a question as to the tombstone inscription.) She is buried at Upper Tinicum she married Levi Ulmer he was born February __ 1828 died December 15, 1903 in Sundale. Levi the son of Jacob and Maria Magdalena Ulmer. I seem to have a difficult time locating Jacob Ulmer in various census.
