The Hilbert Family connection. George Adam Hillpot the immigrant, adopted the children of the widow Anna Maria Kurtz, as recorded in New Hanover Lutheran Church records. I [L. Hillpot] believe Anna Maria was the widow of Peter Kortz his Administration was 1738 File # 116 D:53. George Adam Hillpot, the Montgomery Orphans Court #7768 & Registers File #11,536 that the debits include cost for new fence, shingles for house and funeral expenses for deceased wife. It is with this information that I can only assume that Anna Maria died between December 23, 1784 and April 30, 1787
