The following is a
transcription by John‑Pierre M. Hannam, Sr. of
the 11 August 1876 will of Tobias Melchor. Copy of original was
provided by Carol Lembke‑McKee‑Jenkins.
I, Tobias Melchor, of
Nockamixon Township in the county of Bucks and state of Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make this my last will
and testament.
First ‑ I give and
bequeath unto my wife, Caroline Melchor her full share of my estate
according to the intestate laws of Pennsylvania.
Second ‑ All the
remaining part of my estate, real or personal I order and direct shall be
divided among all my children share and share alike and in case my
grand‑son Oliver Melchor a son of my son Samuel Melchor deceased should
not arrive at the age of twenty one years or die in his minority then I
direct that the share of my said grand‑son Oliver shall be equally divided
Among my remaining children.
Third, I hereby give
unto my Executors full power to sell all my real estate.
Lastly, I appoint my
two Sons Oliver Melchor and Josiah Melchor, and my son‑in‑law William W.
Trauger, Executors of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I
have hereunto sent my hand seal this eleventh day of August AD one
thousand eight hundred and seventy six.

I
Earnst P. Schaible of the township of Nockamixon in the county of
Bucks and state of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and
understanding, do make, and publish this my last will and testament, in
manner and form following.
First I give and
bequeath unto my grand‑children, the children of my daughter Charlotte,
who was intermarried with Leonard Schilling, the sum of one dollar to be
divided among the said Charlotte's children share and share alike. Second.
Whatever other property I may have at the time of my decease of whatever
kind, I bequeath unto my seven children: Agata
Spear, Earnst F. Schaible, Christian Schaible,
Frederick Schaible, Solomon Schaible, Jacob Schaible, and Leonard
Schaible, share and share alike.
In witness whereof I
Earnst P. Schaible the
estater have to this my last will and testament set my hand and
seal this twenty fifth day of March A.D. 1871.

John Pile, of Unity Township, in the County of Westmoreland and in
theState of Pennsylvania, yeoman, being at
present advance in age, and veryweackly and
sickly in body, but in the same time of perfect minde
andmemory, blessed be God for this and all
other mercies bestowet upon me
inthis life, taking into consideration the
uncertainty of this mortal life,have, though
to macke this my last will and testament in
the maner and formas
following.I recommende
my soule into the hands of the Almighty God

earth to be barid in a decent

fifteen pounds lawfull
money. And next is my doughter,Anemary,
the wife of Simon Henry is to have one France crown for her
shiercase she denied her religion and turn to
the Roman religion. And then nextis my
doughter, Margreta,
the wife of Philip Mesinger, is to receive
hershier thirty pounds law full

Last Will and Testament of Marshall Cummings
This was sent to me by Bill Ridge, January 4, 2005
Know all men by these presents (?) that I Marshall
Cummings of the Township of Northampton, County of Bucks,
State of Pennsylvania: being of sound mind and
disposing memory do make this my last will as follows to wit.
First:
I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid.
Second:
I give and bequeath to my son John Cummings the sum of eight hundred
dollars.
Third:
I give and bequeath to my grandchildren Maryellen (?) Flack, Sarah A. Fox,
Jane C. Thomson, Carrie Kirk, and T. (?) Hart Ross (all children of my
daughter Elizabeth intermarried with Lewis Ross) each the sum of ($100).
Fourth: I give and bequeath to John C. Kenderdine and Rebecca Ridge
(children of my daughter Jane intermarried with Jesse Kenderdine) each
($100).
Fifth:
I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah D. Cummings all the balance of my
estate both personal and real to her and her assigns absolutely.
Sixth:
I direct my hereinafter named executors as soon after my death as
practicable to sell my real estate and personal property to make as good
and sufficient title (?) as I myself could do were I living to take from
the proceeds of such sale money to pay the above named legacies.
Lastly:
I nominate, constitute, and appoint my daughter Sarah D. Cummings and
Garret K. Finney sole executors of this my last will hereby revoking any
and other wills heretofore made by me.
Signed, sealed, and declared to be my last will this
seventeenth day of November A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty
seven.
